The Opportunity
We help aftermarket brands engineer revenue — not "post on social." Sexton & Co. runs paid media, content, and growth strategy for automotive, powersports, and marine brands doing $300K–$15M/year. Our clients hire us to move product and scale their business. This is a revenue-generating and client-growth seat with a clear path to leadership (AE → Senior AE → Sales Manager → Director → CRO). You're not filling a role — you're building a career. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the automotive/powersports/marine world. You've been to SEMA or PRI because you belong there, not as a tourist. You can talk cam profiles with a shop owner and close a deal in the same conversation. This is a leveling-up environment — continued education, sharpening your skills, and actively getting better is a requirement for everyone on the team, including the CEO.
What You'll Own
You're directly responsible for hitting new MRR targets and retaining clients — this is an outcomes seat, not a task seat. That means building and managing a pipeline of qualified industry prospects, closing deals ranging from $5K–$23K/month in recurring packages, managing ongoing client relationships with regular strategy calls and KPI reviews, attending 2–4 major industry events per year (SEMA, PRI, LS Fest, etc.), and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across your book of business.

What You Bring
3–6 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience (agency, media, SaaS, or automotive aftermarket). Proven track record of hitting quota and retaining clients. Real experience or deep personal passion in automotive, powersports, marine, or motorsports — you should know what SEMA is and genuinely care about this industry. Hunter + Farmer mentality: comfortable with outbound prospecting AND managing ongoing relationships. Consultative selling skills and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred). Must be in-office in Lithia, FL.
