What You’ll Do: Perform collision repair, panel replacement, dent removal, and refinishing Sand, mask, prep, and paint using top-tier equipment Repair frame damage with laser measuring systems (if applicable) Ensure vehicles meet our shop’s strict quality and safety standards Communicate with estimators and team members to keep jobs moving ?? What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in auto body repair or refinishing Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done Ability to work independently and as part of a team I-CAR or ASE certifications a plus (but not required) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ?
