We are seeking a high-energy Field Sales Representative with a hunter mentality. This role focuses on new business acquisition, pipeline growth, and closing opportunities within the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket. Success requires discipline, persistence, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities 

• Drive new business through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and field engagement 

• Manage and advance opportunities using CRM 

• Deliver proposals and follow up to close business 

• Report to management about industry trends, headwinds and tailwinds 

• Build relationships with repair shops, distributors, fleets, and aftermarket customers 

• Represent Rostar Filters at customer sites and industry events 

• Enter customer orders 

Travel Requirements/Territory

• This position will cover the USA and will require three weeks of travel per month

Required Experience & Skills 

• 2–5 years of proven sales success in automotive or industrial markets 

• Strong lead generation and cold-calling experience 

• CRM proficiency and pipeline discipline 

• Excellent communication and closing skills 

• Ability to travel extensively 

• Valid driver’s license 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience selling automotive aftermarket parts or similar industrial products 

• Existing relationships within the industry and customer base
