About the Role

Girodisc is seeking a technical sales specialist with a background in motorsports or performance automotive applications.  In this role, you will serve as a resource to race teams, performance shops, and enthusiasts worldwide.  You will provide technical expertise, product recommendations, and troubleshooting support for some of the most exciting vehicles in the world.

This is a client facing technical position, ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background and excellent communication skills. You’ll work closely with our internal engineering, production, and sales teams to uphold Girodisc’s reputation for unmatched customer support. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with repeat clients and industry partners
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on brake component selection, fitment, and tuning based on vehicle application and driver goals
• Troubleshoot any application or performance issues
• Collaborate with our engineering and manufacturing teams to convert customer feedback from real world issues into product design improvements

What We’re Looking For

• An understanding of brake system function and performance
• Familiarity with competing brake brands and performance aftermarket components
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor while prioritizing the customer
• Formula SAE or equivalent real world automotive background
