The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client needs are met and understood by each department in the company. Duties include handling client complaints, finding solutions to issues, and maintaining the business relationship.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serves as the lead point of contact for all client communications. Review sales contracts and agreements. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal teams. Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure the needs of the client are met. Identify market potential, as well as observation and analysis of current market trends and competition. Address and resolve
