The Customer Support Specialist will support our sales team with processing all inbound sales orders and handling any issues, shortages, tracking and updates related to these orders. This role will manage the sales portion of all returns. Using email, phones and in person communication are core elements of this position. Delivering the highest level, and most professional customer service are critical for success in this role.
Position Responsibilities
Entering and acknowledging all new purchase orders
Follow up with fulfillment requests from customers and distributors
Manage all order issues such as damaged items, shortages, tracking & delays
Contacting customers to process returns and exchange orders
Investigate and solving customer issues with orders
Providing installation and product technical support to customers
Using phone, email and website chat to communicate with customers
Working with internal departments to come up with solutions
