GAHH Automotive is Seeking a Full-Time Customer Service / Sales Associate Responsible for Phone, E-Commerce, and Walk-In Sales. Knowledge of Convertible Tops a plus. If you have customer service experience, we will train for the rest. If you are an enthusiast or want to learn about older European cars in particular, this job is for you.  Mainly inbound B2B customer calls with some ecommerce and walk in. Provide excellent customer service and follow up. Follow existing orders and provide status updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.  Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions.  Answer phone calls and email inquiries.  Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
