We are looking for an Account Manager to manage key accounts and develop new accounts. The right candidate will have experience managing accounts and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders in the sales process.

Compensation: $55K - $60K Annual Salary
Account Manager duties and responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Investigate customers need and wants
- Develop annual account business plans
- Establish excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business
- Serve as a contact person for customers and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines
- Track, measure and evaluate sales metrics and trends
- Track, measure and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and trends
- Suggest innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction
- Generate tools and ideas for improving customers experience selling our product and services
- Travel – Trade Shows and Customer visits
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
- Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with great attention to detail
- Team Player – We all help each other as needed
- Proven sales experience or account management
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, SAP experience is a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations with the companies’ best interest in mind.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – a particular proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs.
