Winbo USA is a leading designer and supplier of automotive accessories for the US market. We are looking for an Engineering Assistant to join our team. Candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills, , high attention to detail and a good work ethic. You be working directly with our team of Engineers and must be able to establish and maintain professional relationships. Candidate will be responsible for assisting with the design, installation and testing of accessories directly on vehicles so a strong mechanical aptitude is necessary. These accessories include items such as step bars, running boards, grille guards and bumpers for the truck and SUV market.

Ideal candidate must be self motivated with the ability to complete projects without direct supervision. This is an entry level position that can transition into a more senior role depending on abilities and work ethic.

• Experience using SolidWorks and comfortable working with 3D designs
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office needed
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work on and install automotive exterior accessories required
• Familiarity with North American Trucks and SUVs is a plus
• Ability to multitask on other R&D projects as required
• Photography and Photoshop experience a plus
• Ability to learn and safely use 3D scanning equipment
