Report directly to the Director of Product Development.
Be responsive & proactive in managing customer requests and inquiries. Review and address customer inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate and assist with troubleshooting issues, documenting, and communicating to appropriate parties.
Conduct OEM research and communicate coverage goals and opportunities to product line teams.
Plan and meet product development deadlines.
Leads other members of Product team.
Respectfully and diligently take on any other job duties assigned.

Automotive mechanical repair experience or training.
Strong automotive knowledge (either parts counter or automotive catalog is great)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Experience and/or understanding of the following: 1) Troubleshooting mechanical failures, 2) Quality Control on a manufacturing level, 3) Catalog entry (mapping and validating), 4) Catalog data distribution, 5) OES or OEM automotive products, 6) OEM Automotive part numbers and lookups
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Previous product development experience.
Background in vehicle parts knowledge, automotive part fitment, OEM and competitive part evaluation.
Knowledge of state of the art aftermarket data formats and requirements, such as ACES, AAIA Legacy, and PIES.
Previous experience managing/manipulating large amounts of data.
ASE certification or formal automotive technology education
Ability to read measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
College Degree (Bachelor's)
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient skills in Excel and Outlook
