Outside Sales Representative- Collision and Body Shop Repair
As part of a nationwide expansion, Wurth USA is seeking an expert in Collision repair to join our growing team . This technical outside sales role will be responsible for providing technical sales and service to our customers in the Collision Repair industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in body shop supplies and their application.
Key responsibilities will include:
Represent self as a consultative partner by understanding a customer's business needs and providing appropriate solutions
New business development activities including face to face cold calling and prospecting
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identification of opportunities to enhance existing customer relationships, market share and/or profitability.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical problems.
Introduce new products and/or technologies and educate end users on the benefits and proper usage of all products and services.

Strong experience and understanding of the collision shop environment and supplies
Complete understanding and knowledge of products, application procedures, and tools and equipment used in the collision repair industry
Understanding of the automotive industry
Strong presentation skills with the ability to make effective presentations and product demonstrations
Proficient in MS Office programs
Effective verbal and written communication skills
High School diploma or GED
