Melling Engine Parts is currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as Regional Sales Manager. This position is responsible for increasing sales and promoting the products and services of Melling Engine Parts. This role works closely with Melling sales representatives and supports them through sales calls, presentations and training on the complete line of Melling Engine Part products.
Increase sales and market share within your territory.
Supervise sales activities of Melling Sales Representatives.
Ability to create sales proposals, make sales presentations and support them through sales calls, presentations and training on all product lines.
Participates as a representative of Melling at industry trade shows.
Responsible for meeting sales, marketing and budget requirements.
Must have five (5) years aftermarket sales experience or comparable
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, not required
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Position requires excellent writing, selling, verbal, presentation and time management skills.
Individual must be able to work with customers and peers in a team environment, as well as independently.
Individual must be willing to work extended hours or weekends when necessary. Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
