Support NA Sales as a key point of contact for sales calls with external customers as needed.
Act as a liaison between sales and all other departments within the organization.
Leverage subject matter expertise in developing and leading cross functional teams to deliver on regional programs.
Liaison with sales organization inquiries, plan information, performance and goal setting.
Manage business cadence, reviews and operations in partnership with sales leadership.
Actively participate in annual planning and execution of go to market, coverage and compensation plan deployment.
Assess sales and operations process to identify areas of improvement and to improve effectiveness of our sales organization.
Create and analyze key sales metrics in order to measure performance, providing business insight and recommendations to drive top business performance.
Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
Work with category management and communications on lead generation and campaigns.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (automotive strongly preferred)
