Operations Department Mission:
Provide value added service, support and quality care to existing and new clients through Client Support, scheduling, and remote support. Build successful and positive relationships with new and existing clients.
Oversee and participate in the daily operations of clients account, client support, managing service orders, scheduling, service order follow-up and yellow folder project checklist.
Identify and relay clients’ needs to the team.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Primary Job Requirements:
Provide clients with exceptional customer service.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
