The Central Support Catalog Clerk is responsible for timely and accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing store and departmental mail, office supplies, store forms and training material orders with minimal supervision. This position also handles the distribution of all catalogs, including application guides, buyers guides and handbooks provided to us by our vendors to O'Reilly and independent jobber stores.
**This position is located in San Antonio, Texas
Essential Job Functions
Ability to receive, sort and distribute mail according to procedures
Conduct, maintain and secure inventories of supplies, forms and catalogs
Fill orders received for supplies and catalogs
Communicate with Distribution Center management to ensure proper mail and catalog distribution
Multitask and consistently organize
Ensure department phone coverage and perform additional duties assigned
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills; Microsoft Office is helpful and ability to use standard office equipment
Detail-oriented and an ability to work well with others
Ability to do some heavy lifting and also be able to stand and stoop several hours each day
This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
