**This position is located in Nashville, Tennessee
The Internet Parts Specialist contributes to the company's success by processing internet customer orders in an accurate and timely manner. This position will work closely with the Internet Store Manager to maintain and improve efficiency with the internet store daily operations to ensure we are able to scale on our growth in conjunction with incoming product orders.
Essential Job Functions
Pull product from Internet Store sections in the Distribution Center to prepare for processing
Prepare orders for shipment including checking orders for all items purchased, packaging properly and placing shipping label accurately on boxes for online customer purchase orders
Process internet orders in a timely and accurate manner
Stage and monitor packaged orders for shipment pick up
Assist in taking inventory count and with other miscellaneous duties required by management
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of one year of internet, store or distribution experience or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite, required but not limited to Word and Excel
Packing and shipping work experience
Phone skills dealing with other team members
Work experience with automotive parts knowledge
This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m., possible weekends
