The primary function of this position is to promote the company's products in the Eastern Ontario territory. The incumbent must do so by presenting our products in a positive manner to our clients and potential clients, offering technical support and closing sales. This person also offers operational assistance when required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains and improves on existing client satisfaction;
Meets with current and potential clients in order to promote our products;
Participates in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies;
Maintains client files;
Prepares and submits sales reports;
Participates in problem solving and complaint resolution in order to satisfy the client's requirements;
Participates in budget planning when required;
Required knowledge and skills
Must reside in Ontario;
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the automotive parts industry ;
Must be available for travel when necessary;
Available to work outside normal work schedule when required;
Excellent communication skills, capable of effective negotiating and customer service oriented
Must be fluent in English, written and oral; French, an asset
Must be knowledgeable in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
