SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This position is responsible for assuring that all customer orders are correctly processed.
Customer service and order entry and follow-up.
Communicate with inventory management.
Handle incoming warranty service calls and emails in a timely manner.
Quality assurance, inspection and sign-off of outgoing orders.
Inspection and verification of returned items.
Reports to the General Manager.
Must be extremely customer service oriented with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Must have excellent phone skills.
Must have good time management skills.
Must have good computer skills with order entry systems, product management, in a Windows environment.
Tire and wheel experience and knowledge preferred.
