We're looking for a multitalented individual to design, create and manage PRI's online content across multiple digital platforms including website, email campaigns, banner ads, and social media. This position reports to the Senior Art Director.
Design create and maintain digital marketing assets for the PRI brand across multiple digital platforms including website, email campaigns, banner ads, and social media .
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
PRI Web Site
Design and build web pages, create web graphics and content.
Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats.
Monitor and update website content.
Coordinate website development, updates and site enhancements with outside vendors.
Collaborate with marketing team to implement tracking and analytic tools.
Collaborate with outside vendors to facilitate design of user interface for online tools. (includes: Map Your Show planner, PRI mobile app, Passkey hotel app, web forms, etc.)
Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends
Provide weekly and monthly web tool reports/analytics.
Design and build PRI marketing emails.
Create email graphics and content.
Provide and validate file links within email.
Facilitate proof approval and sign off.
Coordinate with circulation team to provide final files for send.
Provide weekly and monthly email reports/analytics. (includes: Sales Force Marketing Cloud -Exact Target)
Social Media and Online Marketing
Create graphic elements for social media posts.
Provide support for Social Media page updates.
Collaborate with marketing team to implement tracking and analytic tools.
Design and build graphic elements for online marketing campaigns. (Banner ads - animated and static, Promo video graphics)
Report to Senior Art Director
Interface with PRI Marketing, Editorial, Trade Show, Art teams and vendors.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Minimum of 4 years related on-the-job experience.
Must have hands-on experience working with websites, landing pages, banners, email campaigns, social media graphics and various other digital creative.
Experience designing responsive webpages.
Solid working knowledge of the Macintosh OS and Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Specifically: Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experienced with Sales Force Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) email platform.
Must have an advanced understanding of typography, print and digital design
Photo-composition and color correction skills.
Comprehension of basic marketing principles and their application to layout and design.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other popular webmaster tools.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices
Ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be detail oriented with excellent verbal and written skills.
