We are seeking a full-time, enthusiastic and motivated Digital Sales Rep to join our fun, fast-paced environment. You must be confident on the phone and able to close new business. You should possess a naturally outgoing, upbeat personality. The right candidate will have great communication skills, be highly motivated, ambitious, energetic and hungry to grow the ClassicCars.com brand. Knowledge of the collector car market is a plus, but not required. This position is primarily responsible for growing new business by selling digital advertising campaigns on ClassiCars.com.
Responsibilities and Duties
Identify and generate new leads and grow new business
Sell advertising space to clients
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Build and maintain advertising revenue through creative and strategic selling
Create sales presentations and present to clients
Develop professional relationships with new and current partners to identify business needs
Remain current with competitive trends and market conditions and their effect on business
Perform customer needs analysis
Works closely with marketing
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
1-3 years proven success in B2B digital advertising sales
Proven ability to develop business, build relationships, network and consistently close business
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals as determined by management
Leverage knowledge of the site and industry to retain and grow revenue
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) to explain what’s happening on our site to anyone on the staff, no matter what their technical understanding is
Self-starter and team player
Must be able to identify and diagnose issues to ensure achievement of goals.
