Utilize your keen management and sales abilities to improve team coverage, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet/exceed sales forecasts for your assigned region.
Responsibilities will include: * Sales support; Jobber & Installer sales calls with customer’s outside sales people with significant travel involved * Train customer at all levels on features and benefits of product groups and programs * Deliver Regional sales presentations * The territory geography covers South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa. It does require over-night travel. The average would be about eight nights per month.
Requirements / Experience Successful candidate will be results oriented, highly personable, and have appropriate knowledge of automotive technical/mechanical subjects. College degree preferred, superior presentation, leadership, motivational, analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills will also be expected, as will the ability to travel to various locations as needed.
Knowledge of sales processes/capabilities, B2B experience, and PC proficiency with MS Office Suite are also essential.
