Alltech Automotive LLC, a dynamic global automotive supplier, is seeking a National Sales Manager to represent products it sells into the Automotive Aftermarket. While the position itself will be based in the Chicago metropolitan area, this position will oversee all sales to national e-tailers, retailers and OES within North America from our global manufacturing footprint.
Work closely with existing customers and cross functional associates to strengthen relationships, improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
Develop and implement strategies to prospect and secure new accounts
Ensure all Alltech auto parts are professionally represented on customer websites & catalogs
Manage Profit & Loss Statements, Budgets, Demand Forecasts and Sales Reporting
Attend industry trade shows and key customer events
5-10 years successful aftermarket account management experience required
Bachelor’s (required) in business or related discipline
Competent understanding of the automotive aftermarket and strong business acumen
Proven self-starter with an energetic personality and strong work ethic preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office with strong communication (oral and written), leadership, negotiation and presentation skills
Technical aptitude and desire to represent complex products
Willing and able to perform domestic and international overnight travel 30% or more of the time
